We went Fly fishing here. Charlie caught 3 trout on a spinning rod and worm.I got skunked using my fly rod.

About New Years Resolutions: To those who make resolutions, You don't need a new year to make changes. The reason I don't make New Year resolutions is that when I do and mess up I think "Oh crap there goes my promise to myself, guess I don't have to start over until next year", easy out eh? So now I just make the changes when my mind is made up (New Year or not). I find that my goal is successfully reached when my mind is committed not when I have just been through a month of holiday stress.

About Emotions: Emotions are powerful. Emotions can emote passion. Passion motivates us to react. We must learn to control the reaction. Why? Angry, impulsive reactions can destroy, relationships, other people and ourselves. Control gives us time to react in a nondestructive way. It gives us time to evaluate, negotiate, compromise and foster peace in our lives and the lives of others.
